We want you to be happy with every order. Unwanted items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for store credit, and defective items are covered for 30 days. Our care team handles every return personally to keep it private and simple.

Unwanted items: 15 days
If an item is not right for you, return it within 15 days of delivery for store credit. The item must be unused and in its original, complete packaging, and a restocking fee applies. For safety and hygiene, used intimate items cannot be returned.
Defective items: 30 days
If an item arrives defective or develops a fault, you are covered for 30 days from delivery for a replacement or exchange. We may ask for a few details or photos so we can make it right quickly.

Email info@extremerestraints.com with your order number and a short note about the item. We handle returns and exchanges directly, rather than through self-service, to protect your privacy and get every request right. We will reply with simple next steps.
Hygiene and safety
For the safety of every customer, we only sell brand-new products and never resell returned items. Used intimate items cannot be accepted for return.
International orders and the EU right of withdrawal
Customers in the EU and other regions with a statutory cooling-off period have a separate right of withdrawal that may differ from the policy above.
