How to Order
You can order from Extreme Restraints three ways: online, by phone, or by mail. Here is how each one works.
How do I order online?
Browse the catalog, add the items you want to your cart, and check out on our secure, private pages. Your billing statement shows only XR LLC 714-907-1040.
How do I order by phone?
Call us toll free in the US at 1-866-4MY-BDSM, or internationally at +1-714-907-1040. Have the SKUs you want ready. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, and order processing representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How do I order by mail?
Note the SKUs you want, total your order with shipping, and add California sales tax if you live in California. Mail your order with a check or money order payable to XR, LLC to 15251 Pipeline Lane, Huntington Beach, CA 92649. Please allow up to 15 business days for the payment to clear, and include a valid email so we can send your confirmation.
When will my order ship?
Orders with express shipping placed before 1:00 PM Pacific, Monday through Friday, are processed the same day. Standard orders are processed within 24 business hours.
