Track Your Order
Following your order is easy. Here is how to find your tracking and what to do if it has not updated yet.
Where is my tracking number?
Once your order ships, tracking appears in your account under your most recent order, and a shipment email with a tracking link is sent to the address on the order.
I checked out as a guest. How do I track?
Guests receive a shipment email with a tracking link once the order ships. Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from us, and contact our care team if you cannot find it.
My tracking has not updated. What should I do?
Tracking can take a little time to show movement after a label is created, especially for international shipments clearing customs. If it has not updated after a few business days, contact our care team and we will look into it.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact our care team as soon as possible at info@extremerestraints.com. If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update it.
