I don't have one of these, but I want to comment about getting one's cock and balls through small openings. I have enjoyed cock/ball rings for many years, but "sizing" them is troublesome. If they are too loose, they'll fall off,...often when you least wnat them,...like in public! The trick I have found is to have a tight fit and when you put them on, pull the kin of one ball through first, then repeat with the other. then,...with your cock flacid, pull its tip through. I also find it best to adjust it after this by pulling as much loose skin through as this allows for expansion as you get hard.

I have a wealth of experience with different cock rings and anal toys. However, I was NOT prepared for this anal plug which is the size of a soda can! I have had no problems with long dildos and very thick ones at that, but your ass needs to be already spread enough to practically be fisted. Once inside, the plug fills you up in a way which can't be described other than delicious! The cock ring portion is very difficult to use. Unless you have a very small penis and balls this thing is very difficult to get your cock and balls through. The rubber needs to be stretched in order to get it to fit a 'normal' size person.
