Agree with the other reviews. Feels amazing, huge stretch for its size, be careful not to lose it due to the small base size. I could wear it for days if the base was just a little bit larger.

This plug is wider than the keg plug I can only get maybe half way it’s just too wide at this point but I will update once I get it in.
After using other plugs I wanted to try this it does have some weight to it but after a while I can slide this in without any problems but wish the base was shaped differently after a while it somehow finds its way completely inside, i know when that happens, it gets uncomfortable so i will have to pull it back out the put back in but feels good 👍🏻

This is a 2 year belated review as I wanted to extend my thoughts after prolonged use.
First: All the previous responses are accurate about base diameter. This plug can end up migrating. With that being said, I’ve found that NOT clinching and just relaxing allows it to stay in place. Also, I’ve found that NOT destroying hole before extended use helps.
Second: Size. Size and taper are amazing with this plug. My first stretch of the day is with this plug and it still takes my breath away every time.
Third: Even after two years of play I find extended wear a challenge. Due to the lack of flexibility this thing applies unrelenting pressure all the time. For me, relaxing, breathing and acceptance are key for anything lasting more than an hour. To date about all I can take before I’m a sniveling idiot is about three hours.
Fourth: I use this plug to wreck my hole with vigorous thrusting to bring myself to a hands off, eye crossing finish.
