Let me start by saying this plug feels amazing when inserted. I have the large one as well and I didn’t think there would be much difference in girth between the large and extra large but I was wrong.Definitely not for beginners.The large one I can wear for hours but the extra large one I can only manage to have in for about an hour but the feeling I get from the extra large one is incredible.

Great plug! Had this one for 3 years now, still in like new condition. I use it occasionally, fit is great for me, the plug is big enough to put enough pressure on my prostate / urethra inside to prevent me from urinating, I just can’t go without pulling it out a bit.
The only downside on this plug for long term wear is the base edges dig into my butt cheeks.
