I frequently use my penis pump just on my balls. This gives what I find to be very pleasurable sensation. It works better if you have a ball stretcher on (I use the snap on leather one) and just kind of feed your ball into the pump. Remove any collars that may be on the pump. Not too much suction until you get used to it. Also, some lube really helps.
It works well but you cannot remove your erection from it. The cylinder needs to have a bigger diameter.
