    I almost gave it 4 stars because it wasn't as silencing/mouth filling as I saw in my dreams but it was my first try with an inflatable gag.     The strap that goes around your head needs to be longer its only 18 inchs long. Despite its stretchiness, unless you've got a pin head, its a VERY, VERY TIGHT fit. Plus make sure the buckle that you get matches the buckle in the product picture on the website. if it doesn't match you'll have problems. But otherwise its a good gag!!!
