    The word “fantastic” does not do this stroker justice. I have been dealing with some prostrate issues for almost a year.     This device works as expected. However, I lost trust in is reliability. The first one I received seemed to have a faulty battery and didn't hold a charge. Its replacement was fine, but after the second day, the gears seemed to malfunction and the device did not work right. I now have my second replacement, and so far, so good. If this fails, my only option is an in store credit. The store has been great with their replacement policy during the first 30 days. The device seems to be built well, but I don't know what happened to the gear mechanism on he second unit.
