Great size. I have a 20" diameter neck and finding collars "off the shelf" that actually fit is a challenge. Even a number of "XL" sizes are too small to properly buckle. The Large size collar fits me nicely and buckles to the middle notch. The leather and finishing are nice, and it feels sturdy.

I was a little upset when I tried it on for the first time. The strap to the buckle didn't have holes in it to fit my neck. Love at first install. Have been looking at this item for the last couple of years. Now understand why the great reviews. Now, one thing I have noticed, that nearly, or all cases the sub is naked. A number of your items do not work when it is a sissy maid, such as my self, is all dressed up, a number of these items would make the sissy almost totally useless. What I have done, is cut a medium size chain to fit around my waist, then have a couple of cat collars put on my arms, just above my elbows. Then clip the cat collars to the waist chain. Some times, I have the clips further back of center of my waist, other times at the sides of my waist. Further back , hands are forced outward and also forces one's back up straighter. At the center of each side, hands can come close, or touch, but still very restrictive. Or the belt can be reversed, then the one set of rings are more in front of the sissy. This causes the sissy's elbows forward, hands closer together, useful for doing dishes, hand washing etc, but impossible to touch either boobs or face, or even sex organs . My own thoughts, that the loop that holds the rings on the belt, also be wide enough that the elbow straps could be threaded through, making the arms a very close fit to the body. I don't like the chains, can cause damage to clothing, and the links can be painful. Also with links, uneven pressure points.
