These are perfect! The pain is adjustable, they're well made, and the weight of them feels sexy on. Highly recommend! You do need medium sized plus nipples for these to work...they won't attached to a small size.
Solid; I am going to wear them as much as I can with my nipple piercing barbells to hold them in place so I can wear them all day & night if I want, just for the satisfying feeling.
I’ve been using these for 8 years and have rebought them over and over. One drops and somehow disappears or after awhile one of the screws gets stripped but always need another pair. I love these clamps, as mentioned it does take some patience to get them on so that your nipple is right in the middle. My Master had me wear these for 3 days straight, every time he woke up he would tighten them, as they can loosen a bit when on that long, especially if you are on all fours, then they swing, with the pressure and weight. He wanted me to keep them on when we went out but they are not easily covered up! The best way we found to put these on is to make sure my nipple is erect, then I pull my nipple through and hold it tight while Master, turns the screws, 3 twists per screw at a time, until they are all fully tightened, keeps them nicely balanced, with equal pressure on all 4 sides. I love these, my Master had me wear these for 24 hours, 3 days straight, if he woke up, in the middle of the night, he would tighten the screws, they can loosen up a bit but of course I loved when he would tighten them. They are a bit tricky to get on, I find getting my nipple fully erect first helps, then I pull my nipple through the ring and hold my nipple tight while Master tightens the screws, a few twists to each screw at a time will get your nipple in the middle, while He continues tightening a few twists at a time each screw. These are beautiful and highly effective. I am so happy wearing them for my husband, during playtime or just "around the house". My only "con" (and not enough to deduct a star) is the description is a bit misleading in terms of size. the INSIDE circumference of the rings is .75 inches. Fully closed, the total width (from the outmost point of one ball of a screw to the adjecant one) is roughly 1.5 inches. The balls at the head of each screw (oh my!) are a bit bulky for my liking as well, at 6/16 of an inch across.
I bought these with hopes/plans of wearing them under casual "everyday" clothes discreetly. They are too large for that but I'm not unhappy. They are worth every cent regardless.
Great item! I love nipple play and am constantly searching for the right toy. I'm male so of course my nipples are much smaller than a female's. Tweezer style clamps are okay, alligator clips are not bad, but generally I have found clothespins to be best. Until now! Getting them on is half the pleasure. I turn the screws all the way out, place the ring over my nipple, then grasp my nipple with a clothespin, or pliers. I screw two opposing screws down until I feel a good bite. It works best to thread the screws that are under" the flat blade of the clothespin or plier. Once those two are gripping oh so good release the pliers/clothespin and crank down the other two screws. I find I need to back out the first two screws a little to provide more tissue for the final two screws to bite.
These are a little bit fiddly to try and put on in the middle of sex, but they are great for wearing around and starting the fun. True to their name it is a nice burning pain as you turn the screws and they are easy to adjust the tension. I have large nipples and these work well for me, and over a bit of time wearing them I can get them almost fully tightened down, so these might not be the most satisfying for small nips, unless you're really sensitive. I love these! Love the feel and the look. Only negative to me is that it does take work to get them on - I took off one star because it really is quite tedious.
My method is to use a small nipple sucker (supplenips) to make my nipple larger/more sensitive, use alligator type clamp to pull nipple through the ring-of-fire, then 2-3 twists on each screw until they are tightened down. After I release the alligator clamp, I will loosen/tighten one screw at a time to adjust the nipple placement until I get it centered. Small adjustment in pressure and shifting of nipples is pretty easy once they are firmly in place.

Attached one ring on one of her nipples and as I was attacking the other the first popped off and had to be reattached and it didn't want to stay attached as well the entire time. I did find the rings to stay better than clamps though, as the weight is closer to the body and doesn't have the pulling bounce and the adjustments are in two directions instead of one.
I was able to tighten each ring in one direction until she winced and then in the perpendicular direction for an added effect and hold that clamps and magnetic balls can't do for her without way too much uncontrollable pain. Definitely worth the time and money, but tiny nipples won't hold these on.
i really like the look and the weight. getting them on my nipples is difficult; i've tried to use a clothes pin and that seems to work.
I expected more tension in the screws.. they're a little loose so the pinch lessen after a while.
