This thing is perfect, it's just big enough to be a little bit of a stretch for someone inexperienced, and it inflates to big enough to satisfy the vast majority.
Uninflated this is a great size for those whom are looking to increase their capacity then it gives a GREAT stretch as it is inflated. I need to use it a few more times so that I can take on the XXL one I have, but this is great for beginners and large enough to warm up the more experienced.
