They do what they're supposed to. It's a much more concentrated clamp than other clamps I have, all the pressure is pinched into a very small spot. The worked ok for my nipples, but caused too much pain on my balls.

Nipple play and torture is something my submissive absolutely thrives on and as such, we've tried many different varieties. She finds the bite of the clover style much too intense, and therefore only wears those when punished, and she enjoys the tweezers style and the simple ones with the tension rod, but they both have a tendency to slip off at improper times. I bought these because others we had would pull off when my wife pulled on them. These are a little more difficult to attach but hold extremely well and can be pulled without coming free. She loved using them on me. It would be nice if they had an additional chain to attach weights.

I like the smaller prongs, but I don't like how you have to unscrew it to remove them. If they fall off, you also need to unscrew, then rescrew. I also purchased the clamp style and while I like the feel of these, I think the others will be less finicky/ annoying to use.
