Although they are a little tough to start alone, I found that if I took one cylinder off and put my finger over the hole, I could start one side at a time very easily. I really enjoyed these Cylinders. I had already owned two suction devices before ordering this set and I had enjoyed them but both had downsides to the design that I noticed pretty early. These ones are much nicer quality and design. The only reason for the 4 star rather then 5 is that the duel hole pump has never worked for us. We have to use a single that comes with a other set I bought. It isn't a bad idea just needs some rethinking.

decent device, would prefer that I was able to detach one at a time. Instead you must pump one at a time to be able to detach the pump from them. All in all, still pretty satisfied.
First off, the cylinders are really high quality. For the price it’s worth it just for these as the base for any customized setup. The one-way valve and quick release mechanism work great. The split hose between the nipple cylinders is a bit fiddly since you need a hand on each and another hand on the bulb. It works if you can have the recipient lend a hand... but if those hands are restrained it’s a problem. I ended up buying the single clit pump and use that to do the cylinders one at a time using the quick disconnect feature. That also allows them to stay attached better since you don’t have the hoses pulling them down. The bulb was fine the first few times, but it doesn’t increase the suction much beyond one full squeeze. If you want to ramp things up as you get used to it you need to upgrade to a hand pump. But these parts are like Legos... mix and match tubes and connectors to make whatever setup you like. The increased sensation is fantastic and they really get the nipples swollen and sensitive. A must-have.
Love the nipple tubes they work great. The squeeze ball doesn't work as good as i thought it would. But for our first nipple pump purchase and i have learned i should have gotten on with a better pump thing. Would buy from extreme restraints again and again as we open our fun.
I've definitely had better nipple toys. Difficult to use by yourself but would probably be better with a partner. Cups are a bit small for my nipples which also caused problems.
I really bought this for use on myself (male). Has proved a challenge as you really need 3 or 4 hands. Two to hold the suction cups and 1 or 2 to pump. Ideally, this should come with a shut off value on both sides, so you can just pump one side at a time. I think I now have found a solution to use one suction cup at a time, but has been more awkward than I had hoped.

The suction isn’t that great, and the tubes will sometimes detach from the body.
However, it does what it says it is going to do and it achieves in creating more sensitive nipples.
The build quality is good, especially when considering the price.
So for a complete beginner to nipple play and pumps, it’s a great starting point - but I think there are better devices out that that could achieve a more desirable sucking.
