With success I was finally able to get this around my balls BUT sadly it wasn’t on very long it got way too painful if the opening was the size of the weighted rings # AF234 I’m sure things would have been much better. I loved the fit at first and the pull on my balls but again after about 30min could not handle the pain.

This thing is massive and the weight feels really good. Only downside is it will pinch your skin. I have really big nuts and I struggled getting it on. I'll post this same review for the 30 mm and the 40 mm.
I've been using both now for a bit. If your sack doesn't hang too low I'd get the 30mm for sure. I have an average amount of sag in my sack. I can get the 40mm on but it takes some creative finger work and care not to pinch. Once it's on the weight feels great.
The 30 mm is much quicker and easier to get on and less likely to pinch. I prefer the 40mm but I don't always have the patience to get it on.

I wanted the smaller version but it was sold out so I got this one. Glad I did. This is the perfect weight. Walking around in my boxers whit this tugging on my nuts can get me hard in a second. Just received this last week, and was a little discouraged because I couldn't seem to get all my scrotal skin inside securely enough to close it. Then I figured out if you put in on sideways (with the C pointing to the left or right), it's MUST easier to manipulate, than if the opening is facing you. Pros- Superb quality in craftsmanship. Very strong magnetic connection that doesn't come apart until you want to take off. The weight in your hands feels very substantial, but once in place around your sack it provides a very pleasant and noticable BUT NOT TOO EXTREME tug on your balls.
Cons - really the only negative I have to mention is the potential for pinching your sack while attaching it around your balls which is mentioned in the item description.
The magnets are very strong once connected but aren't so strong that you can't prevent them from slamming together. It just takes finesse to get all your sack skin out of the way before connecting the two pieces. And even if you do pinch your skin I found the best thing to do is to not separate the pieces which just allows for more potential pinching.
What I did was just pull the pinched skin inward until it was free and I could the magnets click together!
Also I don't really consider this a con, but I feel it is worth mentioning that one thing I didn't anticipate was that the width of the weight rubbed on my inner thighs making me walk slightly bowlegged, especially while wearing pants and underwear!
