I love my harness. I put it on over my favorite plug and it holds it so nicely in place for me. I use the trainer set of plugs plus a couple of dildos my wife got to stick up my butt just because she could strap it in me ! My only small complaint is that I wish the belt had a couple more inches to it which would simplify the on and off. Note I did swap out the cock ring it came with for a larger ring size which fits me better and that works out great.

It holds the dildo in and is well constructed I think though a longer strap around the waist with of course more holes. I'm about size 38 and am on the last hole. I did install a larger metal circle which was easy to do.
