    I generally wear tunnel plugs long term to ensure gas doesn't build up, but most are uncomfortable or are made from cheaper, inferior materials. Not so here, this is a great plug which is quite comfortable to wear long term. And with it being silicone you can use a lipid-based lube so it doesn't dry out. Pro tip: If you don't want anything "leaking" out, fold a paper towel twice, roll it fairly tightly then put it in the hole, sort of like a very large tampon. This will allow gas to pass through but catch any excess lube or muccous.
