To affirm previous reviews, this IS a bit wide at the bulb! I’ve been using XR’s sounds to expand my urethra (start with stainless steel, smaller diameter and work your way up! I'm not so sure about this just yet. I have experience with the stainless steel sounding rods and I'm up to the 29 I believe which is pretty big. But trying to get this in was painful. That pop when the head goes in is a shock and very painful. I ended up bleeding from it. I didn't get a chance to use the opening so may try it again when I think I can handle that POP.
This is definitely not a beginner toy. It states 0.1 inch thick but that is the shaft part, not the bulb on the end. We put a caliper on it and it measures 0.395 inches in diameter, a far cry from the 0.1 inch in the description! That bulb is It is going to take some time to stretch him enough for this to slide in. Other than the size problem, it is obviously well made. If you can handle a 0.4 inch sound, this will be fine. If not or if you are just starting out, look for a beginner sounding set.
I only give this a 4 star because I thought it was a little too big we wanted to use stainless steel because that what we use in our rods. We tried silicone before but the rods seams scratched him inside so we don't want a silicone plug. Hoping to stretch him to fit instead of find a smaller one
