How they work:

Others that like breast play will use these cylinders to exert mild to heavy vacuum pressure on the breasts. For mild pressure just pump a few times, for intense pressure keep pumping and watch pump gauge climb. Once finished pumping you can remove the hoses which will allow just the cylinders to remain on the body (as in picture), thanks to the vacuum-lock connectors.
