The product is Great and once it was received everything was fine. The problem however was the DHL shipping, they decided they were going to hold the item hostage so I would pay more. I paid the the import fees (duty & taxes) however they said the item was lost and if I paid more they assured me they would find the item and ship it directly to me. I however will not accept extortion tactics and threatened to contact the company it was purchased from and expose them. The item was dropped off the following day!
I implore you to not use DHL Shipping, this wasn’t my first experience with them, use a more credible company in future as this company will only take yours down with it.

Service was GREAT. I received the item earlier than expected. The item was exactly as advertised. Assembly was very easy and the performance was OUTSTANDING. It really makes the job easier.
For solo use, I found out you don't have to use the valve kit if you have the duel shower head. Just swap hose out and use whatever tip you like. There's a switch already but the pressure may be different vs the one in the box. For the sake of this product, I can't help but enjoy/want to cum with the way these tips feel and how the water feels going inside me. I would recommend to have the water running for the steel ones. Those are sharp at the openings, even with lube. And the snake one has an adapter attachment, I'm guessing for a regular bag if anyone is curious. Overall it's doing the job and I'm happy with results.
best product I've bought for a while,I use to 10" silicon and the insertion is very comfortable and cleans all the way to the sigmoid colon which to me is great,beats all of the home made stuff I've done. So if this is something you have been thinking about I suggest you go ahead and get it,you will not be disappointed.
I installed this in my shower in two minutes without any tools other than my hands. The system travels well to hook up in hotel bathrooms. The different nozzles work great. Highly recommend this product.
I got sick and tired of enemas and all the messy issues. I bought the system, and have no regrets. Installation was extremely easy, I would say if you can screw in a light bulb you should have no problem. I had never used anything like it so it took a few uses to figure out the best way for me. Now I can tell my partner that I am 100% certain that I am completely clean, and our anal has never been better. As far as improving our sex life, this simple system did the trick. The mixing valve that regulates water flow between the shower and the enema works perfectly so that you can enjoy a warm stream flowing in while getting a light shower at the same time, I have found this to be most enjoyable. It hooked up great. Easy to use. This kit has the 2 options i use the most. The metal tapered cone and the long bending plastic one. I do not use the other options.
It's probably more than I need, but it is fast and thorough. This can clean out your entire colon to prepare for depth play such as hoses. I tired all nozzles, but only use the basic one that is included in the cheaper kit. There is a way to leave the water on and have water constantly spraying back out my butt. It feels very cleaning like spraying a wall with a fire hose. I wouldn't use this every day for fear of messing up my natural bowel movements.
It’s great! The valve was a little drippy at first but seems to have stopped now. Works great, my only suggestion would be to use a European style quick disconnect at the hose head end to quickly change between heads, be it a shower head or any of the enema attachments. Otherwise it works great!
