    oh do these clamp put a hurting on. The clamps are tight...extremely tight...which delivers burning intense pinch. It took me a good ten minutes to adjust to the clamp on the left side. My right nipple is 3 times as sensitive as the left nipple, so it takes longer to attach the right side clamp. Love the drape of the 3 silver chains.
