I just received it and gave it a try even though I wasn't really in the mood. I didn't have success inserting it all the way in but I can tell that this will be awesome once I get it to fit in. The issue is that it's squishy rubber and when you try to pump it a bit to make it more rigid for penetration it's kinda big so I'll need to work with it a bit. I would recommend following how they designed the "Ass-Pand Inflatable Silicone Dildo" which has a hard inner core that allows it to easily penetrate the hole. It wouldn't have to be too long, maybe 5" to get the most of it in and I'm sure the remainder will slip in easily. I'm looking forward to the challenge and reap the benefits!
Took a while, an alot of lube. One pump to insert , then the stretch will begin, this thing is huge. Have to becareful an hold it in , it will come flying out .
Avoid European made inflatable toys. The glue they use is very low quality and will loose air from seams after a couple of uses. This one is very well made and the glue holds very well. I've been using it regularly in last 10 years. Not for beginners. There is no inner solid core so it needs practice and experimentation for initial insertion. I use it with a stainless steel solid chastity belt so it won't pop out. I can comfortably do 40 pumps. On good days I can do 50 and on great days I can do 60 for a few seconds. Very fulfilling and pleasurable.
The difficult part is getting it in. We have found the best thing is to use it when your hole is opened up. We prefer to insert it deflated. Plenty of lube. Give it a couple of pumps to get a position in you. Then start slowly pumping. Feeling this monster working its way up you is just amazing and intense. I love it. Still haven’t managed the full length as yet. But I will.
Awesome inflatable. Its bigger than it looks so its not for beginers. I like to deflate it all the way and make it short like a beer can then I slide the entire didlo in with only the hose sticking out. I give it a quick 4 or 5 pumps to make it rigid and then slow down to 2 or 3 pumps a minute. You can feel the ribs poping as is goes around the curves of your intestines and snakes its way deep inside. If you can withstand cumming it takes about 25 pumps to fully inflate it. At this point you have about 18 inches of pentration thats 3 inches wide and your stuffed. Its a wild ride if your up to it.
i think this toy has good size when fully inflated but seeing how i like to stretch my hole both wide and deep what would really make this a a really awesome toy is if they could make one that would that when full it would have a thickness of around 5 inches thick as well as that 15 inches long then if it was longer would be cool also

Those who say its hard to get in, I can give you only some advice how I make it work. You can give it a few pumps to firm it up, but if your like me, it wont fit initially and it has to be quite full or it'll just bend and that is more frustrating than anything.
The way I figured out how to make it work best is the total opposite. Squeeze every little bit of air out of it. With a good amount of lube, push it all in at one time. It will go in this way, just sort of ball it up. With all the air out it turn squishy and easy to use.
Once you have it in, with only the hose poking out, start slowly pumping. If you feel any discomfort or bloated feeling, let out some air and do it again or leave it where its nice and comfy.
This truly is for the experienced users of large toys. I haven't gotten it to pump more than 8-10 but I keep trying. I started at 5. I use other toys regular to help stretch things little at a time.
Watch out for the hose on either end. You might want to put a few drops of super glue on each end to make sure it stays secure and functional.

Great in principle but the material isn't hypoallergenic, it's not silicone. Doesn't burn my ass as bad as latex does but there's an immediate mild burn and I can't have it in for long before my guts revolt and push it out.
It would be nice if the base had a bit more taper for your ring to grip it better. Or a softer base rim... I push it all the way up in my butt however the end flange edges are kind of rough.
It’s fun once you get it inserted. Put it in completely with just the hose stickinging out and then pump it up. Feels good snaking it’s way up your colon
