The D-ring is a great idea, but it means you have to snap the closures from behind, which is a bit awkward. I solved this problem by having my Domme do the honors.
I'll admit that I'm one of those men whom the gods didn't see fit to bless with a magnificent endowment. So I've been seeking a little artificial help with that problem. Now, I like that this ball stretcher includes the D-Ring so you can attach weights to it; I live alone, so I can walk around the house in the buff — except for this stretcher with some attached weights swaying and bouncing off my thighs — and no one will care. But putting the stretcher on in the first place...now THAT'S the hard part! Those of us with tight, puny scrotums really have to channel our inner contortionists just to stretch our scrotums far enough where this stretcher can wrap around and snap in place. A sexual partner — or a third hand — are practically mandatory for this task! In my case, a few large, thick cock rings separated my stones far enough from my body that I was finally able to snap the ball stretcher in place.
So, a couple of suggestions on what would make a better ball stretcher:
1) Instead of snaps (which come with a pinching hazard and are difficult to line up and fasten under pressure), how about a couple of small belts and buckles around the sheath? Then you could just feed the belts through the buckles, tighten the belts to the desired tightness, then buckle the belts into place.
2) Two inches is fine and well, but perhaps this product could come in other lengths, ranging from half-inch or one-inch (for those of us with fleshy little "blister packs" instead of proper scrotums) to three-, four-, or even five-inch lengths (for those enviable men whose endowments could make a donkey jealous)? Resizing the D-Ring may or may not be necessary for these various lengths; that would be something else to look into.

It needs to be 1/4 inch or so tighter, sometimes my testical will slip through and it becomes loose and will fall off. I guess my balls are not large enough, or it just needs to be tighter.. your company used to sell a neoprene 2 inch stretcher that I liked but is no longer available?? Don't know why ?
