They advertise it having a slight knot near the base to keep it in place, but no matter how far you have this inserted, the more you inflate the harder it becomes to actually keep it in there!

The core was flimsy. Was hoping it would help increase the size of the hole and it only filled up and then just kept going outside of the hole. No smell.
