    Received this today and tried it out. I ordered the E-stim power unit with it. The power unit seemed a bit chinsey but works great and packs a real punch! The power of this unit is amazing! Many more settings to go before I get even close to max power. I like that you can use any two of the three. The urethral plug and butt plug are my particular favorites, but the cock ring and urethral plug are quite nice too.     I first purchased this e-stim kit 4 years ago and have used it successfully ever since. I have been careful with the leads so they still work properly. I know from previous experience with other e-stim items that the wire leads can easily break if frequently flexed. I recently wanted to purchase a spare set of leads but was told that they are not available. I bought a new kit just to get the leads since my 4 year old leads are bound to fail at some point. I have severe erectile dysfunction. The only way I can achieve an orgasm is by using this kit. I can always have success but it takes at least a half hour of enjoyable stimulation before it happens. I use only the butt plug and urethral plug. The electrical connection stud on the cock ring as delivered is slightly too large making it very difficult to snap a lead onto it. It is about .006" too large in diameter. I used a 230 grit diamond file to reduce the diameter to match the studs on the other pieces. The ring is 2" inside and a bit too large to stay in place for me making it pretty much useless for me. I really like this kit and have found it to be the best e-stim accessory available. It is high quality and I highly recommend it.

    Nice set of toys. Based on the materials (three stainless steel toys -- with wiring set included for estim), it seems like a bargain at the price paid: $79 minus a 20% discount they had going when I purchased. Time will tell if the stainless is quality enough to hold up with proper cleaning and storage. Considerable heft to the ring. It's a little larger/looser than I expected but stays on. Plug is nice also. Again, has a nice heft (a tiny bit large for me -- the metal is not forgiving -- but probably nothing out of the ordinary size-wise for experienced players; just don't skimp on lube). Haven't tried the sound yet; that's foreign territory to me; approaching with caution. Haven't properly tried the electrical play either. I'll need adapters if the Zeus wiring is to work with my TENS unit. If no adapters are to be had, I'd likely invest in a Zeus unit or a compatible e-play specific product at some point. Prices seem to have come down a bit on those in the past few years. As it is, the toys are nice even non-electrified. Can't wait to give them a go once they have a charge running through them.

    I purchased a combination of a Zeus power box, cock ring, butt plug and urethral sound, all with snap connectors. The 2" cock ring was difficult to get my cock and balls through, but with persistence and a lot of lube I was able to do it. The 1.5" butt plug was difficult to insert, but again, with persistence and a lot of lube I was able to do it. I would have liked the neck of the plug to be narrower so that it would not pop out as easily. The urethral sound was easy to insert. I was not able to achieve a hands-free orgasm with the stimulation provided by the Zeus power box. It was entertaining, but the patterns programmed in the power box were intermittent and did not last long enough to get me to cum. The really pleasant patterns of stimulation only lasted a few seconds before stopping and then going to a different type of stimulation. The urethra sound gave a variety of sensations depending upon how far it was inserted and whether you were using the cock ring or butt plug as the other electrode. One is unable to use these toys with snap connectors with most other toys that have 2mm pin connectors. There are snap connector to 2mm pin adapters that are made, but are not offered by eXtreme Restraints, as far as I can tell. I found some offered by a non-USA vendor, but they did not stay connected to the urethral sound. This non-USA vendor has a terrible return policy. I recommend sticking with eXtreme Restraints because they have a much more generous return policy.

    I did enjoy this set of toys. At 1.5 " diameter, the butt plug was a bit big for me, but I was able to get it in with some patience. A narrower neck would make it easier to stay in: it has a tendency to pop out with the contractions induced by the e-stim. The cock rig also was a challenge to get on. I had to use plenty of lube. I really like the urethral sound. It's really interesting how the sensation changes depending on how deeply it is inserted. The power box was a bit disappointing. I was not able to achieve a hands-free orgasm. The power box was powerful enough, but the programmed patterns of stimulation were too intermittent to really get me off. Some patterns of e-stim felt similar to a vibrator and felt really good, but would only last a few seconds before it would stop and switch to a different pattern. I edged for hours but never came close to coming. I you want to tease your sub for hours, this is the toy to do it. The snap connectors limit your ability to use this set with other e-stim toys that use 2mm pin connectors. There are adapters that allow you to connect 2mm pins to a snap connector. This web site does not appear to offer such adapters. What I would really like is an e-stim power box that would provide stimulation lasting several minutes. (Unless there is some safety reason to limit the duration).
