    This pump is da bomb! For me anyway. Great suction. I agree with one reviewer... it can and will suck your balls up even with the comfort sleeve. And it can and will give you an edema.     I purchased a similar pump a few month ago, it broke after the first use. Decided to get a new and give it a try. The seal isn't tight enough. As you pump, the seal starts to get sucked in. This causes the suction to fail. I had to use a rubber band to hold the seal in place. Other than that, it works pretty well. Just make sure you lube up your junk and the opening of the pump, to make removal easier.
