Ordered the extra large version of this sleepsack. Probably one of the best, if not the best introduction sleepsack to your collection. I'm male, 6'1" (~185cm) and about 285 pounds (still actively losing weight) and the extra large is a very tight fit especially around the upper body. The attached rope will not be needed to cinch the sleepsack tighter with the front attached rings but if your partner is feeling saucy then could make it even tighter.
The other reviews are correct, if you are zipped in while using the internal sleeves and attached collar buckled then you're not getting out unless done externally by someone else. Play safe friends!
The sleepsack is extremely comfortable and can be used for extended periods of time. An absolutely fantastic addition to your "toy" collection at a reasonable price!
Got the XL to fit a 6’2”-6’4” person. It almost was a perfect fit, what wouldn’t zip up you could at least tie decently up. For a Houdini type or slippery eel of a person it’s perfect. They cannot free themselves no matter how hard they try and everything is just snug but not too tight. Zippers in all the strategic places are a helpful plus. The airflow makes it not too hot for the person inside versus the straight jacket. For a starter sack this is perfect.
Fits nice, and pretty much no escape when all buckled up, zipped, and cinched tight. A good price point when on sale. Leather feels and smells good. It gets pretty warm if you start to struggle, but that adds to the fun.
It’s a really nice entry-level sleepsack. Adding nipple access would be nice, and using double-pull zippers to enable self-cocooning would be fantastic. But an all-leather sleepsack for the price is really good.

If you're thinking about trying a sleepsack, this is a great entry level sack. It may not have nipple access, heavy bands for suspension, etc., but it does have internal sleeves making escape impossible. One thing I wish it had was a double-pull zipper like what's used on sleeping bags so you can zip yourself in for a pleasant snooze alone. Fit-wise, I'm bearish at six feet, 240 pounds with size 14 feet. Everything fits comfortably.
This is my second sleepsack and it is by far the most comfortable I have been in. If you were to double lace it it feels more secure. For the money in would recommend.
We purchased the XL sack. I'm 6' 2" 250 - 260 lbs with a large chest and shoulders. The fit is amazing but it takes some effort to wiggle into the sack while sliding your arms into the sleeves. Once my Lover pulls the sack over my shoulders, She likes to add E-stem to my nipples and chastity cage before zipping me up, laces things tight and snaps the collar. At this point I am completely At Her Mercy... keep in mind this is a very tight, confining and comfortable experience that once you are in, there is no way out until your Lover is done with you!
To add to the experience She likes to put earbuds or plugs in before lacing and buckling me in a sensory deprivation hood. This is the ultimate experience in trust and confinement. Amazing! I'm 6'3 and 220 and the large fits me like a glove. I hoped it would fit like a second skin. The leather has stretched just perfect to comfort to my body. The sleeves inside the sleep sack keep your arms locked in place tight. My mistress zips me in after I've performed my duties. She then gags me, and snaps the collar tight. Once I start to feel comfortable she uses the back door entry to torture me when I've been a bad slave.
Really good quality wise and strong stitching. Quite fun locking a sub in there with a estim and Vibrator. However looses one star as it's a single pocket (without separate arm sheaths) so the sub can move their arms and open the sack from the inside so some additional cuffs inside are needed.
