First of all, not too shabby a device. Does the job properly, holds up well. However, I can think of a few adjustments that definitely should be made. First things first: the overall fit. I'm an average sized person, about 160 pounds and a 32 inch waist. However, with the tightest fitting, it is still too big, despite advertising fitting at either 29 or 30 inches minimum. Perhaps make it fit down to 26 inches minimum? Also, the crotch strap at the tightest fitting as well keeps the waistband rather high and therefore if the plug is small enough, all one has to do to remove it is pull the waistband down, and out the plug will pop. Shaving off a couple inches should resolve that. Next up: genital comfort level. The ring for the guy's junk to pass through is a huge letdown. Due to the leather straps going around the ring, there are definite pinch points there. My idea here is weld on a piece of metal that looks like half a rectangle on the top and bottom of the ring for the leather straps to pass through instead, thereby eliminating pinch points on the inside of the ring that are directly in contact with the genitals. Or perhaps make the rectangular pieces more rounded, so that it is more like a circle inside an oval. And the final touch would be to slightly increase the circular ring size from 2 inches to approximately 2 3/16 inches, give or take a sixteenth of an inch resulting in somewhere between 2 1/8 and 2 1/4 inches. Also regarding the comfort level, the crotch strap could not only need a shortening for a better fit, but it is also a bit wide. Perhaps that is to help keep the buttplug in place, but if it were not quite as wide, it would be easier to sit on when it comes to the parts where the buttplug is not connected. Final tweaks are listed here. Modifying the buttplug holder to accommodate slightly larger plugs by adding a mere quarter of an inch to the diameter of the hole would be perfect. Also, if the fastener for the buttplug holder stayed the same with two snap buttons, maybe adding a tighter option with a second set of top snaps would hold in smaller plugs better, or if the not-as-wide crotch strap idea was used, it could also secure it better to the strap. If the snap buttons were changed and the holder was merely a rectangle of leather about 2 1/2 inches wide by 4 1/2 inches long with two slits at the top and bottom for the crotch strap to slip through and the hole in the middle, there would definitely be no way of removing it without unbuckling the strap first. Final reveiw is a three out of five, due to a decent attempt, but a failure to refine such a device for better results. If these suggested changes were made, however, I have no doubt it would by far exceed expectations.
