    I've read reviews about this item and about its size. I still underestimated it sorta There is no instructional manual anywhere. The sizes for smaller one is: 1.38" inner diameter 1.96" outer diameter 2.42" inner flair 2.7" outer flair Length 1.6" Larger measurements are: 1.76" inner diameter 2.32" outer diameter 2.8" inner flair 3.1" outer flair 1.6" length Personally, i would not recommend this to beginners. This is for experienced users. And personally, if you want to keep it in there, put the outer flare in. It's a little shame that its not longer, but it's understandable. Silicon itself is firm and nice

    The grommet does exactly what it was made for, however, due to its length it does not make it all the way past the sphincter to stay locked in. My recommendations for using this: -insert the outer flare first; its wider and a little painful but will be more likely to lock in place -warm up thoroughly with a plug or dildo -use a decent amount of lube Happy stretching!!
