    I am always skeptical about things like this, but I will be damned. This works and is pretty comfortable. I have gained about 3/4" in length and about 1/4" in girth over only 1 months time. I use it 3 days then not for 2 and repeat. I also am using a pump after for about 30 minutes to promote extra blood flow after. I may need to find a way to join multiple threaded rods together once I surpass the longer extender rods. They are 4mm dia. With .70 threads in case anyone is wondering. I look forward to 6 months from now and so does the wife.

    This kit comes with everything needed to get started. Quality seems to be good. I wasn't sure if I needed the extension rods, but one week into using this and I'm glad I got this kit. As for being able to just wear this around the office, there is absolutely no way this is getting hidded by any clothes I wear. I would say it's strictly for home use.

    Pretty darn comphy. Able to wear it for about 4 hours a day, taking breaks every hour. The comfort foam ring is great, but ripped after the first week of use. Looking for replacement. The standard rods aren’t going to last me long. If I gain any length I’ll need the extensions, but the extension rods that come with it, are a pretty large jump up in length. I simple can’t make it work. If your Johnson is a bit thick, be mindful of the finger grips on the rods. The sharp grooves tend to rub on your skin, which gets pretty irritating. Like it overall, hopefully get some results out of it.

    Have been doing PE for several years now (and I've tried almost everything) but can't seem to reach that magical 9 that I've been struggling towards. The device itself seems comfortable enough but even with the extension rods it was too short so I had to order some even longer rods (M4 is the size if you are having the same issue). Will follow up in a few months with an update but I'll be honest..not too optimistic here.

    So, I've used this for a little while now and quickly progressed through the first set of rods. Overall I'm very pleased with the quality of the product. The problem I'm now faced with is that there is a significant jump in length between the maximum extension on the small rods and the minimum extension on the large rods. I suppose I could modify the rods that came with the system or go buy new ones, but I would like for them to be machined to provide an easy transition from one size to the next.
