Fantastic. Def not for beginners. It is just small enough in diameter to make "the curve", and it soft enough to comfortably (relatively speaking, lol) continue on it's way without applying to much pressure to the sidewall of the intestine. Once it's all lubed up along with your hand it can be a bit unwieldy to get back in, but not a huge deal. Overall a fantastic addition to the toy box.
