By far and away best nipple clamps i’ve had the pleasure of experiencing as a man. Others either don’t get on tight enough or easily fall off. This one actually gets nice and extremely tight and even though it ‘hurts’ it’s not a super hurtful type pain. You definitely can feel them but m, in a good way. Anyways I love them and I think these are good for a beginner up to advanced person for play. I’m not sure if a person would be able to use a large weight on the key ring because it might tear their nipples off but, you can definitely try! I haven’t but, they are super fun and erotic to use.

Some of the better nipple clamps I have used. Can be cranked down as tight as she can take them in the heat of things. Coated with rubber so those who don't want pain can enjoy them as well. Haven't had the opportunity to use them for longer periods of time to see if they loosen up during the course of play but so far very happy with them.

These clamps are great. You can get any amount of pain needed. For my wife, I tighten them until she flinches and I can see the pain in her face, then I give it another full turn to increase the pain. If yo do it like this they will not fall off no matter what you do. They have some weight to. When I fuck her doggy style and her tits bounce her pain level increases many times.

Barrel Nipple Clamps with Ring

I'm a bit of a pain slut (M) and really enjoy the bite of clover clamps. That said, these don't have that bite - at least with the rubber tips on. What they do have is a good grip, and it feels like I can leave them on for a much longer time. I'm also having fun thinking of ways to incorporate the rings. My only complaint is that the barrels feel like plastic, and I'm somewhat concerned about their longevity.
