The medium setting is at a better frequency, high is too buzzy (high needs to be bigger, not faster). The battery life is OK - doesn't last as long as I would like. Given the limitations, the toy would be better with a better vibe and the other "features" removed - better to do 1 thing really well than 3 things OK.
