My old hand pump quit working 5 days before I was going to order a new one so It worked out perfectly. I was familiar with this hand pump because my first one I had ordered from Extreme Restraints and with a tremendous amount of use it lasted for 5 years. I am extremely satisfied with this hand held pumper, the only flaw is that the red handles that fit over the steel, doesn't last long at all then you have to figure out how to pump things up and not slice,dice and julian your hand. Some will get the slice,dice etc. especially if you are a bit older. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this product, if it can go through the paces I put it through and last for 5 years then it's a good product.
All I can say is do not purchase the plastic pump, this pump is the best, it out does the plastic pump. Plastic pump only pulled half of the gage, this pump goes all the way. Definitely a great purchase.

Definitely the best when it comes to manual pumping. Anything that made with plastic breaks really quickly. This will last you much much longer, just be careful not to get it wet without drying it. If you clean it then it should last you a lifetime.
Great suction for advanced nipple play. Would only go to 25 on the dial. Added some trimmer/clipper oil into the suction hole and it almost maxs out now and hold pressure much better. Higly recommend!
This pump is the best I've ever used, so easy to operate, although as a female it pumps the female bits the way I love it. Love the quick release as well... absolutely love this pump.
I have used a single piece electric pump for a year and was satisfied but needed the longer 9" sleeve. I chose this metal hand controlled pump but was wary of whether it would work as well.
