I like this item although it does toke a bit to learn how to put it on properly. First apply any lube on your penis head and then apply some lube inside sleeve, Then you can wear it easily on any size of penis. This has less current (shocks) but i like it. I hope manufacture will increase some half to 1 inch length of this sleeve, because my penis head is 2 longer in length. And please Manufactur some thick silicone sleeve, it is very soft.
