As described/pictured. The leather is great quality, smells amazing. The fit is great for both me and my girlfriend. We both feel secure when wearing it and it holds our toys in place. The adjustable o-rings are wonderful but we only have experience with the largest one. I was going to give it a five. One of the buttons popped off after I buckled it, the first time, and tried to adjust the button. Now I can only use two of the button that one strap that holds the dildo down.
