Definitely educate yourself on how to comfortably get in and out of it. Pull some sack through, usually 1st ball pops through no problem, then pull rest of sack and nudge 2nd ball through, "push the button" and push your member through, minor adjustments after that! I've had this item for about a week now. It is a thing of beauty, really well made. I ordered the large, which I recommend to everyone as I have an average package and its a challenge getting it on and off. Note that mine didn't come with a leash, but IMHO that should be brought and snapped on by the woman. There are a number of articles out there on the web detailing how to get rings on and off. Here is what I've learned so far. If you're not shaved, I doubt you'll enjoy it. First off, go SLOW. Use lube. Since I have tight and shy balls, I put a silicone ring on my balls to keep them from squirting away, then removed the silicon ring when I had the steel ring in place. I used the ball1-ball2-cock insertion order, then the reverse for removal. As is suggested by web pages talking about rings, put this thing on well in advance of use.
