So...this is my second go round with this type of product although not the exact one. First one I had tore at the hip after a half dozen or so vigorous uses. I was so disappointed it broke because it fit my waist and my little friend soo perfectly. In addition, the wife really enjoyed getting absolutely pounded by me while wearing it. Several weeks later, I bought this to replace the broken one figuring this was a name brand that was widely available at online retailers. Only have used this one 3 times now and while it has the same effect with the wife, this doesn't fit me quite as well. It's a little loose in the waist (which actually may help limit potential tearing) and its a tad long on the hollow part for my guy, although diameter wise its just fine. My pant size is 34 so it should not be loose according to the product description. Regarding the other part, I cut the tip off an older silicone rubber toy we don't use anymore, and jammed it down it there. It can be removed for cleaning the interior as well. Didn't take much, maybe 3/4" so that I bottom out when standing at attention. This way there is no place for it to bend or that is noticeably squishy. All in all seems to be well made and I'm back to getting my wife making all those noises that I love hearing. Took a star off due to the waist size issue. If I was a little thinner it would be a problem that would also need to be addressed. As it is now it works as designed.
