Fantastic! Hurts so good. Unique clamps that impart a totally different sensation-- all of the stinging/poking with none of the deep pinching. Fwiw they seem to be marketed as very intense, but it probably just depends on what type of pain you are into. Personally I can't take clover clamps and won't even use the tightest setting on cheap generic clamps, but these totally do it for me.
The claws aren't sharpened but they feel very needle-y since they are still thin little wires. I have occasionally noticed teeny pinprick scabs the day after using them, but never saw any blood drawn in the moment, even when yanking them off.
They do appear to be sort of adjustable by twisting the barrels, but the difference between loosest and tightest isn't particularly noticeable to me on the nipple. Testing it on some loose skin on my arm I could see that one way has a tighter hold, but even the loosest setting is still an intense pinch anywhere sensitive.
Update! You get used to these and the sensation diminishes somewhat. To bring it up a level even better than the first time you use them put them on and wait half an hour for them to settle in. Then clip on a 8oz ball and enjoy!

These clamps are great! Just the right amount of bite. It's a completely different feeling than the clover clamps.
