    This is OK. The low voltage doesn't give much, and the higher voltage is better but I had to be careful where I put it because I hurt myself, lol. My biggest complaint is that it only works when you push the button. It should be designed to stay on so the e-stim continues to give shocks until you turn it off. Unfortunately, I don't have a woman to use this on me, so I have to use it on myself...and it's a pain (pun intended) to keep holding down the button. Also, the e-stim end, I was hoping the 'spikes' would deliver more of a sting when hitting than the plain paddle side, but it doesn't. Overall, I'm not that impressed by this.
