    Feels great and really comfortable. I love the external ball pumped all the way up to the maximum pressing against my perineum. The balls rattling around inside gives a great but subtle sensation. Getting it out of my backdoor after playtime is another story, as the bulb inside doesn't seem to deflate completely making it nearly impossible to remove; maybe some different lube would work. The 1-inch cockring is super snug - anything smaller wouldn't work. The larger ring works best for me as a cock and ball ring.

    1st, I seldom ever write reviews or do surveys, but I felt this was necessary. I was so exciited to get my rattle and give it a try, and I will say that once I figured it out, it is completly incredible. It's a perfect concept, and it feels awesome! But, I had two issues. 1st, it will not hold pressure without the bulb attached. As soon as I pull out the air fill neeedle, it goes back flat and slips right out. If you leave it in, your are golden, but that kinda sucks because I really wanted to be able to "disconnect" from the pressure source and just enjoy the sensations. Second, the instruction photos on the box where a little hard to decipher, so I almost gave up before I figured out that if you want both inflatables inside, the user needs to first lube it up and push the whole rattle as deep as you can get it inside; then go ahead and inflate to where it wont slip back out when you give it a tug; then proceed to slip the two silicone rings over your whole package and cock. Otherwise, if you try to put the rings on first, it's very, very dificult to get and hold both balls inside long enough to get them inflated. Like I said, this is a great concept and the rattles are just perfect. I am very, very experineced, and I would consider this a great addition to any toy collection from beginner to "oh my gawd!", haha. Hope this helps, be safe my friends~
