As others have said pay the extra and get this one. I've had it awhile now and daily pumping with jelqing, honestly, does increase girth and provides small gains in length. Extremely easy to use and make it a part of you penis care routine.
PAY THE EXTRA !!!!!! Wow, adds girth for sure , haven’t noticed length gain yet. I only pump for 10-15 minutes at a time , base starts hurting under a good vacuum. Make sure you shave so you can get a good tight seal .

I do have a problem with getting a vacuum going on 2 of the cylinders.(I have 3,- 2 smalls and a medium)
I think that the valves on two of them are not working properly.
I did try some silicone plumbers grease pn the valve with some brief improvement. I also hand tightened the valves into the cylinder to no avail.
Would it be possible to purchase some valves??
The hose attachment connector rubber o ring seal was bad. So air leaked nomatter what. Other than that im sure its great. Just cant use mine.
