These really are intense. When I put them on I have to lay back and allow the pain to subside a bit then turn on the vibration. Coming from the tweezer type to this is a huge jump. While I do like them very tight, these could be a bit more adjustable. Still, a worthwile purchase if nipple play is important1
Love that they are wireless and rechargeable but the clamping pressure is not adjustable and its too firm for my wife. So while its mostly a great approach, having the pressure adjustable would be a home run.
My nips a used to rough handling, stim, suckers, etc. But the prongs on these won’t let me keep them on for more than 39 seconds. Trying to get accustomed to the sharpness, been two weeks of daily torchure, still no relief.

If you're seriously into PAIN, buy this! We aren't, so I'm only giving this two stars. I hate to give such a low review to a well made toy, but thse clamps hurt so much they're going to gather dust.
Trying to be positive, here are the pros of this product...
If you can get past the pain (as I said, we can't), the build quality is worth the price. The clamps are solid. They are not going to fall apart on you. The storage/recharging case is well made, easy to use, and very discreet because it looks like an earbuds case.
Here are the cons...
The clamps HURT, like weasels ripping flesh. They are too tight, they're not adjustable, and the rubber spikes on the gripping surface add to the pain. The hurt was so bad we couldn't feel the vibration when the clamps were attached. It's a high-quality product but way too painful for our tastes.
The rubber spikes combined with strength of the clamps made these super painful as opposed to pleasurable. Even tried shaving down the spikes and then they kept slipping off even though the grip was still good. Unfortunate cause we were really excited for these!
