This is a very neat system, the nozzle is outfitted for use as a shower attachment without impeding the shower's functionality. The Shower Enema System comes with two nozzles, one is 5" and the other is 3.5". It also comes with a 6ft (2m) metal hose. One end of the hose screws into your shower, the other end is where you attach your choice of nozzle. Where this product connects with your shower it has a valve that directs the water either through the nozzle and into you or to the shower head.

Installation Instructions (right-click to download). For optimal function, please use these installation tips (1) Place a strip of Teflon tape around threading of shower arm (2) Hand screw/tighten Shower Enema Valve by only turning the end cap (3) With wrench, or similar device, finish tightening Shower Enema Valve to shower arm. Make sure not to turn the body of the valve, only tighten by turning end cap. Towel is recommended to use between cap and tightening device, as to not damage the valve finish.

This shower system works great for us. It was pretty easy to install, and has worked exactly as advertised since. I'm pleased with this and if for some reason we ever need another one, I'll be buying this one.
I absolutely love this new enema kit. The water pressure that comes out is In fact very strong and I usually have to turn the pressure down. This kit really does the job of cleaning me out. I would highly recommend this kit to anyone whose looking for a great cleaning out. I know you'll love it as much as I do. It's a great ool for cleaning you out and it's a great toy to use when you want to play with just water sports.
My CG loves this for the simple pleasures that I can do it myself for not only helping keeping myself throughly clean inside when she want to get more primal,with me but it can be used for punishment too, when I’m being very disobedient towards her.
As I';ve gotten more into anal play, it's been really important to place extra effort into getting cleared out. This system has been extremely helpful with that.
Installation was really easy and only took a few minutes, all that I needed was a wrench to loosen my showerhead and install this new hardware to it. The system came with instructions that included diagrams that were very easy to understand, and the parts were all sealed very nicely, plus it came with extra gaskets for the system.
The enema nozzle is controlled with a knob that works with your shower head. If the knob is completely closed, water will only come out of your showerhead as it normally would, but if the knob it turned on, water will travel through the enema hose and nozzle with pressure respective to how far the knob of the system is opened. The water pressure of the system is easily controllable for your comfort, and has the capability to be very strong for deep-cleaning your interior.
This kit came with two nozzle heads; I like to use the larger metal one personally. This one is easy to insert once you get past the tip (the tip of this attachment is pretty squared off, so you may want to warm up a little bit with a small toy beforehand), but it works very effectively. Just make sure you have the head inserted a reasonable amount. :) I haven't used the other had attachment yet, but I could see it being a lot more comfortable than the one I use if you can find a hollow butt plug to mount it into.
Overall, I'm very impressed with this kit, and am more than happy with my purchase.
Originally bought this product for girlfriend as we are experimenting anal sex, but she was shy for not being properly cleaned. Now that she uses it during shower, she is becoming more daring...., however, I constantly find myself using it as well, as it not only helps evacuate your guts, but you feel healthier and cleaner.
If you are looking to clean yourself out deeper then an enema bag can this is the system. I have been using enema's for awhile and this was the best enema I have had in a long time. Had to adjust the water temperature but I could feel the water work up my Sigmoid Colon then Descending Colon across my Trans Verse Colon and finally my Ascending Colon. Talk about a full Colon Cleaning. Take's awhile to release all that water but once your done there is no brown mess to get in the way for awhile.
Very simple to install. Probably took me about 15 minutes. Attachments are heavy and well made. The heads are smooth and comfortable. Hose is long enough to hang straight down without touching the floor, so it drains very well. 10/10 would recommend.
This is a great system for anyone looking for a complete cleansing solution. The materials are of great quality and includes everything needed including a diverter to get set up and get to cleaning. I would recommend the CleanStream 10" Silicone Nozzle as well. The 2 stainless nozzles in the system are great-however if you want a comfortable deep clean get the CleanStream 10 Inch Silicone Nozzle with it!
