    The control interface is a very poor design. I have other wands that have tactile buttons and are less problematic. The interface plate is flimsy and will not hold up to repeated use. It also doesn't make logical sense. One button controls all settings of a multi-intensity vibration component, but you have separate + and - marks on a flat plate of metal that have to be depressed and held for 3-5 seconds to activate/deactivate the e-stim. A better design would have been to have one fast push button to turn on/off the stim and a second button to rotate through intensity. Not making the power cord detachable is also cheap.
