    Have had a few of these including the infamous manual Dr. Kaplan brand (it broke). Had another auto pump like this one and it kept trying to pull the boys into as well (which I later learned ffrom the Dr. Kaplan site may not be a bad thing sometimes, but it hurts and will scare you!). This one takes the guess work out and is enjoyable. Only problem is that the sleeve developed a small hairline crack and it effected the pump regulator. Online now to buy a new one. The added solid girth is something your SO will notice for sure. If you are over 50, these pumps are a must for solid penis health (doc told me that as well). Should have been using this years earlier.

    Fairly easy to use. The tricky part is to make sure the rubber gasket stays in place as the suction increases--it has a tendency to want to pull up into the cylinder. It helps to hold the gasket in place as the levels increase. Charges via USB so you need a wall adapter brick from your phone or tablet.
