They have an excellent weight to them. They look fantastic. They screw down to adjust to any type nipple. Fat or skinny nipples, doesn’t matter. The rubber tips all but guarantee they won’t slip off. Be careful if you try to pull them off for added sensation. You just might bring the nipple with it.

The adjustable clamps allows you to dial in the desired pressure. It is worth noting that the sheer mass of the chain may require a more substantial nipple to clamp.
These are top notch nipple clamps. They look fantastic and work flawlessly. Smooth action. The great thing here is they are adjustable for girls with meatier nipples. These wouldn't work well as a clamp for smaller nipples as they would pull through.
For larger nipples, they were fantastic for my wife as I teased her closer and closer, I was able to continue to up the sensation on her nipples by making them tighter and tighter. What she started out thinking as enough to what she was begging for in nipple pain at the end was finally possible with ease. This is a must have in your collection if there is a person with good thick nipples needing to be clamped
Has a nice weight to it, the pinch adjustment is great and really easy to use.
Would definitely recommend for first timers, as you can adjust it from very light pinch to a very tight one.

OK, so I am a relatively big guy with XL hands and most nipple clamps are a pain-in-the-ass to get on correctly and to have stay put. These are GREAT! The are easy to manipulate, even in the dark, and they stay put. Very happy with the product design and functionality.
