Unfortunately, I can't take a very large diameter, so it seems the smaller diameter vs. the neckdown diameter to hold it in isn't enough to keep it in place. I have a feeling that if I could take a bigger diameter, it would stay in better. But unfortunately, I'm not there yet. So this is a bit frustrating.
