Once you get the fit adjusted (plenty of options) it works perfectly.
The quality is really nice, the velvety texture on the inside actually feels soft and nice not brisk or hard like some velvets are. 10/10 I look really sexy in it, beautiful strap all around.

It’s feels comfortable to wear, although there is only 1-size of O ring, it feels well made and I can use my other sizes of O ring with the harness if needed. The fastenings are easy to use and not fiddly. Despite not being leather, it’s soft and feel nice to wear. Thoroughly enjoying it.
