Originally, I was hesitant to purchase based on length and width of product. I was afraid it wouldn’t meet my needs. However, I am extremely excited and grateful to say the length is just perfect for that “full” feeling and muffles and renders user unable to speak. The drool and mess is absolutely incredible. When I got it, and washed it really quick from shipping, I tried it on and was instantly surprised by how hard it is. I imagined that being a silicone gag, the ball and the penis protrusion would be like I'm used to with other silicone products. However, as opposed to a somewhat silky silicone cock slipping into and conforming to the curve of my throat, it was like taking a steel rod, perhaps dipped in silicone, and jamming into the back of my throat. For me breathing through my nose, which I'm used to doing with other gags, is impossible. It closes off that part of my throat completely. I can mouth breath without much issue, so I would not mark this as a breathplay toy only;). Swallowing is very difficult, but not impossible, which generates a significant amount of drool.
Now, as this gag is designed for these results, any surprise was entirely on me for having preconceived expectations. The silicone is really high quality, the only thing I’d change would be to make the head thicker. Sometimes it pokes the back of my throat a bit harder than I’d like, but I can usually flip it over to make the experience smooth again.
